Laurie O'Donnell

For years, my work was helping other people find their way — coaching people through career changes and big transitions, and walking alongside new immigrants as they built their lives in Canada. I loved that work. Then one day I realized it was time to take my own advice.

So I called off the commitments, closed the calendar, and gave this chapter to myself: traveling the world, solo, to experience life as it is. Dreams first, practicality second. No rigid itineraries, no over-scheduled days — just places, people, and enough room to be surprised.

Home is Vancouver, where you'll find me on long walks along English Bay and the Seawall. I keep up my weight training so I can carry my own bag up the caldera steps. And I write here so you can see the world the way I meet it — one unhurried moment at a time. If something here makes you curious, ask me about it under any story. I answer.
